Making ordinal numbers is very tricky, even though the language wasn't intended to be difficult to learn, there are exceptions to that, and ordinal numbers here are a very decent exception.

For making ordinal numbers', you will simply grab any existing number, and do the following if the word ends with a:
- vowel:
= Repeat the vowel using the vowel+nk+vowel format
Example:
- consonant+vowel+consonant:
= Ignore last cosonant and repeat the vowel using the vowel+nk+vowel format
Example:
- vowel+vowel+consonant or consonant+consonant
= Attach 'k' to the word
